Jennifer Stohlmann was raised with her older sister by their two lively parents in Colorado Springs, CO. As a child, she decided that she fit in with books better than people. Stohlmann holds a BFA in Writing for Performance, Publication, and Media with an emphasis in Poetry from Pratt Institute. She lives in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, where she enjoys her proximity to Greenwood Cemetary. She loves her new career in a Manhattan law firm, but continues to write poetry. Perhaps, then, she is one of those eccentric types who move to New York to dress in black and smoke cigarettes while insulting LA. Perhaps she is just still young.
Jennifer Stohlmann can be found strolling down 6th Avenue toward her evening date with the Mid-Manhattan NYPL or at jstohlmann@comcast.net. Her early raving is compiled in part at Jenny’s Juvenalia, but she is glad to be here at Jenny’s Conjecture, feeling chattier than ever.
